Goldener Executive Search Associates, founded in 2003, helps MDs, PhDs, and MD/PhD degree holders find the positions they want. John Goldener is the President and Founder of Goldener Executive Search Associates. For almost ten years, Goldener has helped highly qualified professionals in the pharma and biotech fields advance their careers through his unique understanding of medicine and business. Goldener’s contacts in the United States and across the Atlantic Ocean in Europe represent a successful career spent building a valuable proprietary network that Goldener Executive Search Associates’ clients are able to capitalize on today. John Goldener’s fluency in French further enhances his ability to serve his clients effectively and ensures they receive potential placement opportunities in multiple therapeutic industries. For 20 years before his involvement with executive placement, John Goldener was a practicing pediatrician, department chair, and clinical investigator. Goldener founded Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line in 1979. This pediatric medical practice was comprised of 8 MDs and 50 employees stretched across 3 locations. John Goldener recruited all the staff at both businesses and established the company’s policies and procedures. Additionally, John Goldener negotiated the firm’s managed care contracts while closely managing and monitoring the cash flow, receivables, and other administrative items. John Goldener attended Georgetown University for his Bachelor of Science degree, as well as for his Doctor of Medicine. At the Washington, D.C.-based institution, Goldener maintained an “A” average while holding a 30-hour per week job and even managed to receive the Boyden Trust Scholarship for exceptional educational achievement. In 1996, John Goldener attended Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana, taking his Master’s degree in Medical Management three years later.
